Be familiar with a wide range of manufacturers (Hikvision), IP systems, NVRs, and DVRs
Be able to provide troubleshooting & repair of systems in an efficient & professional manner.
Be able to lift tools and equipment up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, pull wire, etc.
Be able to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, specifications, operation manuals, etc.
Ability to travel as required (We are licensed in New York and New Jersey).
Ability to work overtime as required and participate in on-call schedule
IT Support Analyst
Experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software, and hardware solutions, systems, or products
At least 1 years of work experience in helpdesk position or equivalent
Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and to handle other computer components
Help Desk Technician
Perform PC maintenance, software installation, upgrades and system support.
Perform computer diagnostics and triage processes to resolve end-user service interruptions, network, hardware, and software errors via remote connection.
Create installation and troubleshooting guides for IT staff and end users.
